The idea was to use 2D design tools and fabrication to prototype something in 3D. I decided to make a snowflake-like structure and use it to make small cubical building blocks that could be made into something bigger.
As a demonstration, I tried to build a viking hat using these pieces. The success has to be determined by the viewers.
